Staff Qualifications

Qualifications for the DIRECTOR include a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or related Human Services field and previous experience providing day program services or vocational support to individuals with disabilities. Supervisory and fiscal experience is required.

AREA DIRECTOR'S qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and a minimum of five years work experience in the Human Services field, plus a minimum of four years of progressively more responsible management experience.

REGIONAL DIRECTORS must have a Bachelor’s Degree, Vocational Rehabilitation or related field are preferred. Previous experience providing support to individuals with disabilities is required. Previous supervisory experience is required.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR positions require a minimum of two years post-high school education in Human Services, Vocational Rehabilitation or a related field. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Previous experience providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/ or traumatic brain injury is required. Two years supervisory experience is preferred.

TEAM LEAD positions require a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or HSED. Previous experience providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or traumatic brain injury is required.

PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR positions require a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or traumatic brain injury is preferred.
