Jen Dehler - Service Coordinator - Southern Region

Jen Dehler is the Service Coordinator supporting participants and staff for the Southern Region. She is also an integral part of the PAC Program at New Berlin – Moorland. Jen focuses on staff recruitment and training.

Jen's experience working with individuals with autism began while working one on one with an individual at our Burlington location. That experience sparked an interest to continue her education in autism and special communication. Her contributions have proven vital in opening our Green Bay location.

She returned to New Berlin as a Team Lead for the Social Integration Program and Program Coordinator for the Sensory Integration program during the transition years as the programs grew to include Moorland.

Jen began her journey serving individuals with special needs in 1992. She has worked in residential settings, day service settings and recreational camps for individuals with special needs. These experiences, combined with over ten years at Paragon, clearly demonstrate her dedication. Jen is very skilled in implementing individual centered approaches and experiential based knowledge in curriculum to train the next generation of staff.

On the side, Jen is a member of the Autism Society. She is often called the "Martha of Junk" as she can recycle just about anything into a purposeful craft project. She enjoys camping, hiking, and snow boarding. She believes that variety is the spice of life and that variety is what helps her look “outside the box” for solutions. Her dynamic and versatile skills are an outstanding match for the extensive range of needs of the individuals she serves.
