Toni Lestina - Senior Program Coordinator - Burlington

Toni joined Paragon in 2006 with over nine years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

In early 2009, Toni accepted the position of Senior Program Coordinator. She now assists the Southern Region sites with supervison and mentoring along with managing the site in Burlington.

Toni has a background in numerous areas in the field of human services. She has developed many successful programs for individuals that have enabled them to live independently in the community and in apartments. Toni has an extensive history of working with challenging behaviors. This includes her having written curriculum for home schooling for individuals who could not attend a traditional school day and positive reinforcement programs to aid in a succesful transition into community living. Toni has a knack for organization and is known for her “just do it” initiative.

Toni attended Moraine Park College in Fond du Lac and majored in business.

In her spare time she enjoys rollerblading, doing home improvement projects, and spending time with family and friends.
