Brain Injury, Social Integration, Sensory Experience, All Program Types
Assists children and adults currently served outside regular program hours.
A club to support children, adolescents, and young adults 8-21 with recreation and socialization opportunities provided after school and Saturdays.
A curriculum designed for adults with developmental disabilities who have significant cognitive, physical and/or personal care challenges.
reviews are scheduled which involve the individual receiving services and/or guardian, care manager, approved family members/advocates, the residential provider (if there is one) and the Paragon Program Coordinator or designee.
