Children and Young Adults ages 8-21

Children and young adults with disabilities are currently served in the Paragon Activity Club (PAC), a respite program.

The purpose of the program is to provide families with a respite alternative that encourages recreation and socialization opportunities for their children.

Health and Personal Needs Services include, but are not limited to

  • Ambulation Support (i.e. wheelchairs, walkers, canes)
  • Incontinence Care (i.e. depends, toileting schedules)
  • Catheterization
  • Foley Catheterization Care
  • Condom Catheterization Care
  • Ostomy Care
  • Stoma Care
  • Oxygen Care
  • Range of Motion and Physical Therapy Follow Through
  • Feeding Assistance
  • Diabetes Care
  • Special Feeding Assistance (i.e., g-tube, one on one feeding, choking prevention, modified diets)
  • Seizure Support (Vagus Nerve Stimulators, PRN protocols)
  • Other Conditions Requiring Daily Medication Administration
