Paragon Community Services (PCS) offers an array of activities for people with various disabilities at locations throughout Wisconsin.

• At Paragon, we firmly believe that all people, whatever their level of ability, have the right to participate in community life.
• We believe that people have the right and ability to make informed choices in their lives. This enhances their feeling of value and self-worth.
• We believe in each individual's right to privacy and right to be treated with dignity. We respect and value personal differences, preferences and aspirations.
• We believe that through the use of community resources, technologies and caring guidance, individuals are able to have experiences that increase their personal growth, happiness and quality of life.
