This site is exclusively designed for people who have sustained a Brain Injury. The location is convenient, just south of the Brookfield Square Mall on Moorland Road. Each room has a separate focus that includes exercise, memory exploration, social/recreation, multimedia exercising and music relaxation. Close to Milwaukee County, community activities are abundant and full of variety. Attending annual festivals, trips to many of the beautiful parks and the lakefront are some of the off-site activities enjoyed by the people who come to this New Berlin site.

• Ambulation Support (i.e. wheelchairs, walkers, canes)

• Special Feeding Assistance (i.e., g-tube, one on one feeding, choking prevention)
• Seizure Support (Vagus Nerve Stimulators, PRN protocols)
• Other Conditions Requiring Daily Medication Administration
