This site is located in downtown Luxemburg. Community integration and social skills are the main emphasis at this location. The PAC program is very strong at Luxemburg and the adolescents bring fun and excitment to the site after school and on Saturdays. The adults enjoy at least one outing each day.

• Ambulation Support (i.e. wheelchairs, walkers, canes)
• Incontinence Care (i.e. depends, toileting schedules)

• Special Feeding Assistance (i.e., g-tube, one on one feeding, choking prevention)
• Seizure Support (Vagus Nerve Stimulators, PRN protocols)
• Other Conditions Requiring Daily Medication Administration
